99 Deadly Sleds!

From the brilliant artistic mind of Christian Pearce comes a collection of some of coolest little jaunty jalopies you'll ever feast your eyes upon.

All of the little masterpieces were created on the Nintendo DS using a very cool little homegrown program called 'colours'.

99 Deadly Sleds started out as a collaborative exhibition in Wellington, New Zealand with Christian's old pal Greg Broadmore. He came up with idea of drawing something 99 times and giving it a snappy DS moniker and BAM! -  the 99DS exhibition was born! The show ran for a month in February ‘09 and was kindly sponsored by Tania Rodger and Richard Taylor from Weta Workshop in Wellington.

Tradspeed has the cool pleasure in promoting Christian's killer art with the availability of this awesome huge 'A1' size Poster! Limited to 500. (Thanks to Monique and Calvin at Eyeball Kicks in Wellington for this opportunity.)
Only $15.00 + P&P.            Click HERE to snap one up!

Oh, and what does Christian do for a day job? He's one of the amazingly talented guys and gals at Weta Digital in Wellington, New Zealand. You know, those folk that create such cool stuff as characters for movies like Avatar, Lord of the Rings or Narnia or King Kong etc etc. Drawing monsters and Robots for a living must be a real drag huh? LOL
